I ended up getting a great deal. The financing person, Jose Perez was very professional, fast and efficient. I was able to pick up the car the next day.. Today we leased a 2026 Honda Civic from Kelly Honda. It could not have been a better experience. The salesperson,, Cesar Gonsales, explained to us the various options and pricing. He made arrangements for inspection , registration and other requirements. He answered all of our questions and was clearly knowledgeable about the vehicle. Honda service team was outstanding. Melanie was fast and communicative which is very rare in today’s world when it comes to customer service. While waiting for my car I went over to the Sales department to kill time. Those guys are dressed sharp! They greeted me and asked if all my needs were met. They took the courtesy of showing me what I could get for the price of my current honda and was very impressed. I may have to upgrade sooner than I thought. We’ve worked with Luis LaParra on all 3 of our leases over the past 9 years and he’s been excellent. All in all our leases shave worked well. The only area for improvement is organizational as we’ve had mixups with registrations.
