Good god did these folks take care of me! 1st time brand new purchase, 1st time dealership. 2 other dealers were wasting my time with " let me talk to the boss" back and forth over and over. Then calls all night.

Excellent customer service
Blown head gasket in a 2018 CRV with 62000 miles purchased new from Kelly Honda. This is known issue with the CRV turbo but not associated with any recalls. When brought in, was told it was not covered by warranty and that we have “no history” with Kelly to qualify for the goodwill program to help offset the cost.

I went Kelly Honda to get a quote on a 2026 Honda CR-V. I spoke to the salesperson by name "Sal" who was very professional and knowledgeable about Honda vehicles, I felt very comfortable speaking to him about my purchase. On the finance department I spoke to "Ryn" who was also well spoken and professional and he recommended a few add on for my vehicle in which I was comfortable adding them.
