Customer Service was great, explained all the options for the maintenance. Wait was an hour which what was quoted. They rinse your car off, but it looked like dry soap spots on entire car, which made it especially annoying to look out side windows. Needed a real car wash afterwards.
Sam M. ( sales agent) was great, will buy another car from her one day. John Moore and Robert B. were also great to deal with.

I was supposed to browse and get a feel of the vehicle but end up buying it. Gerson helped me find my crossover with the color I wanted. We spent several hours playing chess between trading my car in and negotiating the new CRV with most of the features I wanted. We went into OT after the sale completed, and I get to drive my new car home the same night.

The service was great and Jeffrey moved things right along and gave me accurate pricing and timing estimates. My issue was with covid safety. I wasn't comfortable spending the hour and half wait time inside with other customers and staff who were not adhering to mask (over the nose) requirements. It was a cold day, but I spent most of that time waiting outside. I would really appreciate some benches outside!

I had a very good experience with Kelly Honda at Lynn during my Honda FIT purchase! Julie Febonio was my sale consultant and took care of everything A to Z, very kindly and patiently. Everyone that served me, including managers Anthony Riccio and James Hudson and the staff at the service center, were very professional and thorough. My service advisor, Jeff Ruiz, was very helpful. I recognized him from a previous visit, and it was great seeing a familiar face. On a side note - I find it disappointing that Kelly Honda doesn’t provide a courtesy wash/vacuum after servicing the vehicle. During this particular visit, the mechanic scuffed the driver’s side of the floorboard with grease. When my vehicle was checked in by the valet, I asked about the courtesy wash?
