Honda Passport Named ‘Best 2-Row Midsize SUVs for Families

The 2024 Honda Passport has been making waves in the automotive world, and it’s no surprise why. Recently, the SUV was awarded the prestigious title of Best 2-Row Midsize SUV for Families by U.S. News & World Report’s Best Cars for Families award. This recognition is a testament to Honda’s commitment to creating vehicles that excel in safety, comfort, and being family-friendly.

“The Honda Passport offers ample passenger and cargo space for adventures, along with a host of family-friendly interior features, such as standard tri-zone automatic climate control, that will keep everyone comfortable along the way,” said John Vincent, senior editor/vehicle testing for U.S. News & World Report.

To choose its winners, U.S. News & World Report examined 90 news cars, SUVs and minivans from the 2024 model year, combining professional automotive reviews, safety and reliability ratings, seating and cargo volume and the availability of family-friendly features. The award methodology also considers the availability of tech features such as in-car wireless internet, teen driver controls, automatic emergency braking, rear-cross traffic alert and hands-free cargo doors. The vehicle with the highest composite score in each category is named the Best Car for Families.

This is also the fourth time the Honda Passport has been named Best 2-Row Midsize SUVs for Families.
