New COVID-19 Service Procedures

To Our Valued Customers,
In an effort to care for your automotive needs, the Kelly Automotive Group will be open for service BY APPOINTMENT ONLY beginning on MONDAY, APRIL 27th. To comply with state initiatives and guidance from the medical community, we are following social distancing guidelines and protective measures while we service your vehicle. These measures include:
  • All services will be scheduled by appointment only. This includes all Express Services including Oil Changes. 
  • Appointments will be limited. Schedule on our website or call the dealership. We ask for your patience as we do our best to schedule a time that is convenient for you. 
  • All repair authorizations will be done over the phone. Please provide a number where you can be reached. We also have a text message feature for your convenience. 
  • We ask that all vehicles be dropped off outside the building. 
  • We ask that all payments be made by credit card over the phone. A receipt and invoice will be in your vehicle at pick up. 
  • Your vehicle will be disinfected for your safety when services are completed. 
  • We have suspended loaner vehicles. We have a contract with Enterprise Rental to allow our customers to pay our dealer rate. If your vehicle is under warranty or your extended warranty provides rental coverage, there will be no charge. All other customers will be charged directly by Enterprise for the use of a vehicle.
