Honda Prologue Earns ‘Best Electric 5-Passenger SUV’ Award
The Honda Prologue, Honda’s first all-electric SUV, has been named America’s Best Electric 5-Passenger SUV for 2025 by Parents magazine. Launched in summer 2024, this spacious and adventure-ready SUV quickly became the #2 best-selling EV SUV in America during the second half of the year.
A panel of Parents experts spent the year test-driving over 180 vehicles—including cars, trucks, and SUVs—to determine the magazine’s annual Best Family Cars Awards. Their evaluation covered rear seats, third rows, family-friendly features, and powertrains. They also assessed standard safety equipment, technology, and conveniences, as well as the ease of installing car seats and the number of LATCH systems available.
The Honda Prologue stands out with its sporty, refined driving experience and an impressive 296-mile EPA range rating. It also offers comprehensive charging solutions to give new EV buyers added confidence.
Recharging is quick and convenient across all Prologue models, with DC fast charging rates of up to 150 kW. Its 85 kWh lithium-ion battery pack can replenish approximately 65 miles of range in just 10 minutes.
